The most rewarding part of being an artist is seeing people really enjoy your creations. Just before we left Georgia Cami Grace’s little friend Addie was turning three. This is what our living room used to look like: dark, dated, and extremely dirty
My wonderful sweet sister Charissa and I started the transformation of the living room by ripping out the bazillion staples, screws, and nails out of the walls and trim. We also ripped out the urine stained carpet, removed the filthy window treatments and fan. Then we scrubbed the room from top to bottom with disinfectant. Notice the clever way that the fan/light is getting electricity. (classy) (more…)
