With a new baby on the way the master bedroom has been pushed higher up the priority list. Since Avonlee will be in her bassinet in our room for the first several months of her life, we decided that we better get the master bedroom ready for her arrival.

Now that we have a new little member of the family on the way, I realized that if I wanted all of our stockings to coordinate with my farmhouse decor and each other, I would need new stockings. We are making some real headway on the new bathroom. Last weekend my parents came for the day to help move the project forward. The girls all went shopping for the perfect lil chair for Camdyn’s desk, while the guys worked on the beadboard ceiling treatment. We both had great success in our respective ventures. (more…)
